1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing WRUnity, creating an pilot identity, creating a WR Pilot Profile, submitting a Pilot ID, joining an event, entering a giveaway, listing a clan, using support, submitting content, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use WRUnity. Continued use of the platform means you accept these Terms and any future updates that apply.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, profile owners, clan leaders, event participants, giveaway participants, moderators, high commandistrators, contributors, and anyone else who uses WRUnity.

2. Independent Platform Notice

WRUnity is the command center where War Robots pilots, creators, and clans unite. WRUnity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or associated with Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, licensors, or related entities.

References to War Robots, Pixonic, MY.GAMES, game names, trademarks, logos, artwork, characters, items, currencies, brands, or related intellectual property are used only for community, informational, organizational, compatibility, player, creator, clan, event, giveaway, and fan-related purposes.

All trademarks, names, logos, artwork, game content, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. WRUnity does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property and does not represent any third-party rights holder.

3. Platform Purpose

WRUnity exists to help community members connect, organize, discover events, find giveaways, build WR Pilots, list clans, manage participation, access support, and use community tools in one location.

WRUnity may include public content, user-submitted information, community pages, pilot identity features, event tools, giveaway tools, support tools, search tools, leaderboards, milestones, schedules, and other platform features.

Features may change over time. WRUnity may add, modify, limit, pause, remove, or replace features when needed to protect the platform, improve usability, address abuse, comply with legal obligations, or support the community.

4. Eligibility

You may use WRUnity only if you are legally allowed to use online services in your location and can comply with these Terms. If you are under the age required by applicable law to create an pilot identity or submit personal information, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

WRUnity may refuse service, restrict access, suspend pilot identitys, remove content, or limit participation when necessary to protect users, the platform, community integrity, or third-party rights.

5. Pilot Identitys

Some WRUnity features may require an pilot identity. When creating an pilot identity, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for:

• Activity that occurs under your pilot identity
• Keeping your password private
• Maintaining accurate pilot identity information
• Using your pilot identity only for lawful and permitted purposes
• Reporting unauthorized access or suspected misuse

You may not:

• Use another person's pilot identity without permission
• Sell, rent, trade, transfer, or share pilot identity access
• Create pilot identitys to evade restrictions or enforcement
• Create pilot identitys for impersonation, fraud, spam, abuse, or manipulation
• Use false, misleading, or deceptive pilot identity information

6. WR Pilots

WR Pilots are public community identity pages. A WR Pilot Profile may be used by players, streamers, YouTubers, clan leaders, event hosts, community contributors, or other users who want a public presence inside WRUnity.

You are responsible for all information, images, links, names, descriptions, and other materials submitted to your WR Pilot Profile. Do not post private information or content you do not have permission to use.

WRUnity may review, edit, hide, remove, suspend, or restrict WR Pilots at any time when necessary to prevent abuse, impersonation, spam, fraud, rights violations, harassment, misleading conduct, unsafe content, or platform misuse.

7. Clan HQ Headquarters and Clan HQ Listings

Clan HQ listings are public community pages used to help players discover clans, recruiting information, requirements, region details, communication links, and public clan information.

Clan HQ leaders and submitters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of clan information submitted to WRUnity. WRUnity does not guarantee that a clan is active, legitimate, available, safe, recruiting, or operated by the person who submitted the listing.

WRUnity may remove or restrict clan listings that appear misleading, abusive, impersonating, fraudulent, unsafe, inactive, rights-infringing, spam-related, or otherwise harmful to the community.

8. Pilot IDs

Pilots may submit Pilot IDs for community participation, event entry, giveaway entry, identification, recognition, profile connections, support, or other platform-related purposes.

You are responsible for submitting accurate Pilot ID information. Submitting false, misleading, stolen, manipulated, duplicate, or unauthorized Pilot ID information may result in removal, disqualification, pilot identity restrictions, or other enforcement action.

Submission of a Pilot ID does not guarantee event eligibility, giveaway eligibility, profile approval, prizes, rewards, public display, pilot identity verification, or any other benefit.

9. Battle Campaigns

WRUnity may host, list, organize, promote, or support community events. Battle Campaigns may include competitions, challenges, livestream activities, clan activities, seasonal activities, community projects, or other organized activities.

Each event may have its own rules, deadlines, entry requirements, eligibility requirements, scoring rules, prize details, dispute process, or participation instructions. You are responsible for reading and following the rules for each event you join.

WRUnity may, at any time and when necessary:

• Modify event details, rules, schedules, or participation requirements
• Delay, pause, cancel, reopen, or close an event
• Review entries, scores, activity, or eligibility
• Reject or remove entries
• Disqualify participants
• Correct mistakes or technical issues
• Take action to protect fairness, safety, or integrity

10. WRUnity Reward Drops

WRUnity may host, list, promote, or support giveaways. WRUnity Reward Drops may have separate rules, prize descriptions, eligibility requirements, timelines, entry methods, winner selection methods, and verification steps.

Entry into a giveaway does not guarantee winning, receiving a prize, qualifying for selection, or being eligible for participation. WRUnity may review, verify, reject, or disqualify entries when needed.

WRUnity may take action against:

• Duplicate entries
• Automated entries
• False information
• Manipulated participation
• Impersonation
• Entry fraud
• Abuse of platform systems
• Attempts to bypass giveaway rules

Prizes may be changed, delayed, substituted, limited, canceled, or unavailable due to circumstances outside WRUnity's reasonable control, including third-party actions, platform changes, supply issues, sponsor issues, technical issues, eligibility issues, or rule violations.

11. Pilot Content

Pilot content includes any information, text, images, links, names, descriptions, profile details, clan details, event entries, giveaway entries, support messages, suggestions, reports, or other materials submitted to WRUnity.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting content to WRUnity, you grant WRUnity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify for formatting, promote, archive, and use that content for platform operation, community features, moderation, safety, promotion, and related purposes.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the content and grant this license. You are responsible for any content you submit.

12. Platform Content and Ownership

WRUnity owns or controls the platform design, layout, organization, page structure, original text, branding, interface elements, platform systems, and other materials created by or for WRUnity, except for third-party content or user-submitted content.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, exploit, modify, or redistribute WRUnity platform content or functionality without permission, except where allowed by law or normal platform use.

13. Third-Party Intellectual Property

WRUnity respects third-party intellectual property rights. Pilots may not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, licenses, or other legal rights.

WRUnity may remove, restrict, disable, or review content that appears to violate third-party rights or platform rules. WRUnity may also respond to rights-holder concerns, legal notices, trademark concerns, copyright concerns, or lawful requests.

Nothing on WRUnity transfers ownership of any third-party intellectual property. Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, and any other third-party rights holders retain all rights to their respective intellectual property.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use WRUnity to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or intimidate others
• Submit hateful, violent, exploitative, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another person, creator, clan, moderator, company, or platform
• Commit fraud, scams, deceptive promotions, or fake giveaways
• Manipulate events, giveaways, leaderboards, votes, entries, or participation systems
• Submit false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information
• Post private personal information without permission
• Upload or link to malware, phishing, harmful software, or unsafe content
• Spam, flood, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to pilot identitys, systems, or restricted areas
• Evade bans, restrictions, rate limits, or enforcement actions
• Use automation, bots, scripts, or other tools to abuse platform features
• Violate applicable laws, rights, or regulations

15. Enforcement and Platform Authority

WRUnity may investigate activity that appears to violate these Terms, community rules, event rules, giveaway rules, profile rules, clan rules, support rules, third-party rights, or platform integrity.

Enforcement may include:

• Warnings
• Content removal
• Pilot Profile restriction
• Clan HQ listing removal
• Command Support ticket closure
• Entry rejection
• Event disqualification
• Giveaway disqualification
• Pilot Identity suspension
• Permanent pilot identity termination
• Access restriction
• Legal or rights-holder response when appropriate

WRUnity may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, platform integrity, rights holders, event fairness, giveaway fairness, safety, security, or legal compliance.

16. Command Support and Communications

WRUnity support is provided to help with platform-related issues. Command Support tickets may be reviewed, answered, closed, restricted, or removed when needed.

You must not submit abusive, threatening, spammy, fraudulent, unlawful, or intentionally misleading support requests. Do not submit private pilot identity passwords, payment credentials, private addresses, or unnecessary sensitive information.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

WRUnity may link to, embed, reference, or interact with third-party services, websites, platforms, games, social networks, video platforms, chat platforms, sponsor pages, creator channels, clan pages, or external resources.

WRUnity does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, actions, security, availability, accuracy, moderation, privacy practices, terms, or performance.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and policies.

18. Platform Availability and Changes

WRUnity may change, pause, suspend, restrict, replace, remove, or discontinue any feature, page, tool, pilot identity function, community function, event function, giveaway function, or platform service at any time.

WRUnity does not guarantee that any feature, page, event, giveaway, profile, listing, record, entry, or content will remain available permanently.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

WRUnity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRUnity makes no warranties, guarantees, or promises regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, performance, security, suitability, outcomes, prize delivery, event completion, giveaway results, or uninterrupted access.

WRUnity does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with all devices, or free of delays, interruptions, mistakes, or third-party issues.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRUnity, its owner, operators, high commandistrators, moderators, contributors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages.

This includes damages or losses related to:

• Use of or inability to use WRUnity
• Pilot Identity restrictions or enforcement
• Content removal
• Event outcomes
• Giveaway outcomes
• Prize delays or unavailability
• Third-party services
• Pilot disputes
• Game changes or third-party platform changes
• Lost data, lost opportunities, lost profits, or lost goodwill

21. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WRUnity, its owner, operators, high commandistrators, moderators, contributors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of WRUnity
• Your pilot identity activity
• Your submitted content
• Your event or giveaway participation
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of community rules
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct

22. Rights Holder and Legal Requests

WRUnity may review and respond to claims involving copyright, trademark, impersonation, privacy, publicity rights, unlawful content, or other rights-holder concerns.

WRUnity may remove or restrict content while reviewing rights-holder issues. WRUnity may require reasonable information to evaluate a request and may reject incomplete, abusive, false, or unsupported requests.

23. Termination

WRUnity may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to pilot identitys, profiles, entries, content, tickets, clan listings, or platform features at any time when necessary to protect the platform, users, rights holders, safety, fairness, compliance, or community integrity.

Termination may occur with or without prior notice depending on the seriousness of the issue.

24. Changes to These Terms

WRUnity may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of WRUnity after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Plain-Language Summary

WRUnity is independent. Use the platform responsibly. Do not abuse events, giveaways, profiles, clans, Pilot IDs, support, or other users. Do not impersonate, scam, harass, manipulate, spam, or submit content you do not have permission to use. WRUnity may remove content, restrict access, disqualify entries, or suspend pilot identitys when needed to protect the platform and community.

Live Chat, Stream Listings, and Community Tool Protection

WRUnity may provide live chat, streamer schedule listings, public stream pages, creator tools, event pages, giveaway entries, profile tools, clan tools, and other community features. Users are responsible for everything they submit through these features, including chat messages, stream titles, stream descriptions, links, images, schedules, profile details, clan information, and giveaway information.

WRUnity may moderate, hide, edit, reject, restrict, archive, or remove user-submitted content when needed to protect users, streamers, event participants, moderators, the platform, third-party rights, giveaway fairness, or community trust.

Live chat may use automated filters, rate limits, duplicate-message checks, profanity controls, timeouts, account bans, IP or device pattern checks, and administrator review. Users may not bypass or attempt to bypass these protections.

Stream listings must represent real streams or legitimate planned creator activity. Fake streams, impersonation, misleading links, spam listings, malicious links, false claims, or repeated abuse may be removed and may result in loss of access.

Giveaway and Reward Integrity Protection

WRUnity may run, list, organize, or promote giveaways, reward drops, event entries, and community rewards. To protect fairness, WRUnity may verify account ownership, Pilot IDs, entry history, duplicate attempts, suspicious patterns, and eligibility before accepting entries or awarding rewards.

Users may not use duplicate accounts, fake Pilot IDs, automation, scripts, bots, misleading information, impersonation, or technical exploits to improve their odds or interfere with a giveaway, reward drop, stream event, or community activity.

WRUnity administration may disqualify entries, reverse entries, remove suspicious participation, delay rewards, require verification, cancel or modify a giveaway, or take account action when needed to protect fairness or platform integrity. Administrative decisions are final when made to protect the platform and community.
