Community Guidelines
WRUnity Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain the behavior expected across WRUnity. They apply to pilot identitys, WR Pilots, clans, events, giveaways, Pilot ID tools, support, schedules, comments, public listings, and all community activity.
The goal is simple: protect the community, protect users, protect the platform, protect rights holders, and keep participation fair.
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
1. Community Purpose
WRUnity exists to help War Robots community members connect, organize, discover events, find giveaways, build WR Pilots, list clans, save Pilot IDs, use support, and participate in community activity.
Every rule in these Guidelines exists to protect that purpose. WRUnity is not a place for harassment, scams, impersonation, abuse, manipulation, spam, fraud, or behavior that damages community trust.
2. Respect Other People
Treat other users, players, creators, clan members, event hosts, moderators, high commandistrators, and community members with basic respect.
Do not use WRUnity to:
- Harass or target another person
- Threaten or intimidate others
- Encourage dogpiling or mob harassment
- Attack someone based on personal characteristics
- Use abusive language toward support staff or moderators
- Create hostile or unsafe community spaces
3. No Harassment or Threats
Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, targeted abuse, and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.
This applies whether the behavior happens through WR Pilots, support tickets, event entries, clan pages, public listings, external links, or attempts to use WRUnity to organize harassment elsewhere.
Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, doxxing threats, swatting threats, extortion, blackmail, or attempts to scare users away from the platform may result in immediate enforcement action.
4. No Hate, Dehumanizing, or Discriminatory Content
WRUnity does not allow content that attacks, demeans, threatens, or excludes people based on protected or personal characteristics.
This includes hateful language, slurs, dehumanizing content, extremist promotion, discriminatory targeting, or content that encourages hostility toward groups of people.
5. No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be someone you are not. Do not impersonate players, creators, clan leaders, moderators, high commandistrators, Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, sponsors, partners, companies, or rights holders.
Impersonation may include:
- Using another person's name, image, links, or identity in a misleading way
- Creating a WR Pilot Profile that appears to belong to someone else
- Listing a clan you do not control or represent
- Claiming false authority as staff, high command, moderator, sponsor, or official representative
- Creating fake giveaway, event, or prize claims
6. No Scams, Fraud, or Deceptive Activity
WRUnity does not allow scams, fraud, deceptive promotions, fake giveaways, fake prize claims, phishing, pilot identity theft attempts, fake support messages, misleading links, or attempts to manipulate users.
Any activity designed to trick users, steal information, exploit trust, manipulate events, manipulate giveaways, or mislead the community may result in removal, disqualification, pilot identity restriction, or permanent ban.
7. Event Integrity
Battle Campaigns depend on fair participation. Pilots must follow event rules, submit accurate information, respect deadlines, and avoid manipulation.
Do not:
- Submit false entries
- Use alternate pilot identitys to gain unfair advantage
- Manipulate scoring, voting, or participation
- Submit someone else's Pilot ID without authorization
- Exploit errors, loopholes, or unclear rules in bad faith
- Harass event hosts, participants, or reviewers
WRUnity may review, correct, reject, or disqualify event activity when needed to protect fairness.
8. Giveaway Integrity
WRUnity Reward Drops must remain fair and trustworthy. Pilots may not manipulate giveaway entries, duplicate entries, fake identities, automate entries, or use false information to improve their chances.
Giveaway violations may include:
- Multiple entries when only one is allowed
- Using alternate pilot identitys
- Submitting fake or incorrect Pilot IDs
- Using bots, scripts, or automation
- Trying to bypass entry rules
- Claiming a prize as someone else
- Harassing winners, hosts, or support
WRUnity may remove entries, select alternate winners, withhold rewards, or disqualify users when giveaway integrity is at risk.
9. WR Pilot Profile Standards
WR Pilots should accurately represent the user or community identity they are intended to display.
Pilots may not contain:
- Impersonation
- False claims of official status
- Misleading sponsorship or partnership claims
- Abusive or hateful content
- Private information about others
- Stolen images or content
- Unsafe links
- Spam or deceptive promotions
WRUnity may edit, hide, restrict, or remove profile content that violates these Guidelines or harms the community.
10. Clan HQ Listing Standards
Clan HQ pages should give accurate public information about a clan, recruiting status, requirements, contact links, and community expectations.
Clan HQ listings may not:
- Impersonate another clan
- Use another clan's identity without permission
- Mislead players about recruiting status
- Promote harassment, scams, hate, or abuse
- Use stolen logos, images, or protected content
- Send users to unsafe or deceptive links
WRUnity may remove clan listings or restrict clan tools when needed to protect players or platform integrity.
11. Pilot ID Conduct
Pilot IDs should be submitted accurately and responsibly. Do not use another player's Pilot ID without permission, submit false IDs, submit fake IDs, or use Pilot ID tools to harass, impersonate, target, or manipulate participation.
WRUnity may review, restrict, remove, or reject Pilot ID activity when needed to protect events, giveaways, profiles, support, and community trust.
12. Privacy and Personal Information
Do not post or submit private information about another person without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, private emails, private messages, pilot identity credentials, financial information, real-world location details, or other sensitive personal information.
Do not ask other users to share passwords, private pilot identity access, payment details, or information that is not necessary for normal community participation.
13. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
Only submit content you own, created, licensed, or have permission to use. Do not upload, copy, or display content that violates copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
WRUnity may remove content in response to rights-holder concerns, trademark concerns, copyright concerns, impersonation claims, or other legal issues.
14. Spam, Self-Promotion, and Unsafe Links
WRUnity allows community discovery, but the platform should not be abused for spam.
Do not:
- Flood forms, support, profiles, events, or entries
- Post repetitive promotional content
- Use misleading links
- Link to malware, phishing, scams, or unsafe pages
- Create pilot identitys mainly for spam or manipulation
- Abuse WR Pilots, clan pages, or support tools for advertising unrelated content
15. Command Support Conduct
Command Support exists to help users with platform-related issues. Do not abuse support tools, threaten support, spam tickets, submit fake claims, or use support to harass other users.
Command Support tickets may be closed, restricted, or ignored if they are abusive, spammy, fraudulent, irrelevant, unsafe, or submitted in bad faith.
16. Command Council and High Commandistrator Authority
WRUnity moderators and high commandistrators may take action to protect users, community integrity, events, giveaways, rights holders, and the platform.
Actions may include:
- Removing content
- Editing or hiding public listings
- Closing support tickets
- Rejecting entries
- Disqualifying participants
- Restricting pilot identitys
- Suspending profiles
- Banning users
Enforcement may happen with or without prior notice depending on severity, urgency, safety, legal concerns, or risk to the platform.
17. Enforcement Levels
WRUnity may choose enforcement based on the situation. Not every violation will be handled the same way.
Possible enforcement includes:
- Informal correction
- Warning
- Content removal
- Temporary restriction
- Event disqualification
- Giveaway disqualification
- Pilot Profile suspension
- Clan HQ listing removal
- Command Support restriction
- Permanent ban
- Referral to legal or rights-holder process when necessary
18. Appeals and Reviews
Pilots may contact support to ask for review of certain moderation or enforcement decisions. WRUnity may review appeals at its discretion.
Appeals should be respectful, clear, and honest. Abusive or spammy appeals may be ignored or restricted.
WRUnity is not required to reverse decisions, provide detailed internal reasoning, or continue reviewing repeated appeals.
19. Platform Safety Comes First
When there is uncertainty, WRUnity may prioritize safety, fairness, platform integrity, user protection, and rights-holder protection over keeping questionable content or participation active.
This means WRUnity may act quickly when needed to prevent harm, even if a complete review happens later.
20. Relationship to Terms and Privacy Policy
These Guidelines work together with the WRUnity Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Terms explain the legal rules for using WRUnity. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These Guidelines explain expected behavior.
21. Plain-Language Summary
Be honest. Be respectful. Do not harass, scam, impersonate, spam, manipulate events, abuse giveaways, submit false Pilot IDs, steal content, or expose private information. WRUnity may remove content, restrict access, disqualify entries, or ban users when needed to protect the platform and community.
Live Chat Rules
WRUnity live chat is a community space. Chatters may be filtered, timed out, banned, hidden, deleted, or reviewed when they spam, harass others, post abusive language, bypass filters, impersonate people, post scams, share malicious links, expose private information, or disrupt the community.
Automated filters and rate limits are used to reduce abuse, but administrators have final authority. A message passing an automated filter does not mean it is allowed. A moderator or administrator may still remove it or take action.
Timeouts are temporary restrictions. Chat bans may be longer-term or permanent. WRUnity may remove restrictions when appropriate, but users are not guaranteed chat access.
Streamer Schedule Rules
The streamer schedule exists so legitimate creators can freely share upcoming, live, and recent streams with the WRUnity community without gatekeeping. Keep listings accurate, honest, and connected to real creator activity.
Do not create fake streams, impersonate creators, spam repeated listings, use misleading titles, post malicious links, hijack another creator's identity, or use the schedule to harass, scam, or mislead the community.
Administrators may edit, hide, cancel, feature, unfeature, restore, or remove stream listings when needed. Open participation does not remove administrative authority. The admin always wins when platform safety, fairness, or community protection is at risk.
Giveaway and Reward Conduct
Giveaways and reward drops must stay fair. Do not use duplicate accounts, fake Pilot IDs, bots, scripts, entry manipulation, false information, or technical exploits.
WRUnity may disqualify entries, remove duplicate attempts, require verification, delay reward distribution, or restrict accounts when needed to protect all participants.
