Accounts and private learning
WRUnity uses your SpiderTaz Network account to identify you when you sign in. Learning records are associated with that account: saved resource links, progress, private notes, and worksheet answers you choose to save. WRUnity does not ask you to create a separate password for these features.
Reading lessons and using worksheets does not require signing in. Unsaved worksheet entries remain on the current page and are lost when you leave or reload it. Selecting Save Worksheet Answers while signed in stores the answers and checklist selections on our servers so you can reopen them. They are not published on your profile or shared with other learners; authorized operators may access records when needed for support, security, or legal obligations.
You can delete saved worksheet answers on the worksheet page. Removing a saved-resource bookmark alone does not delete those answers. Printed or downloaded copies remain under your control. Do not enter passwords, recovery codes, or sensitive third-party information. Contact us for requests concerning other learning records; backup copies may remain under our retention practices.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to WRUnity pages, forms, resources, and related site features. Third-party websites linked from WRUnity have their own privacy policies.
Information you provide
WRUnity may collect information you submit through forms, tickets, corrections, collaboration requests, resource suggestions, or other interactions. This may include your name, email address, subject, category, message, and any information you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
WRUnity may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, user agent, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, security logs, error logs, and cookie or local storage preferences. This helps operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the site.

Retention
WRUnity keeps information as long as reasonably needed for site operation, records, security, legal compliance, dispute handling, backups, and improvement. Contact tickets and logs may be retained to preserve useful records and protect the site.

WRUnity uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no website, server, network, database, or transmission method is perfectly secure. Do not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.
Children
WRUnity is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information for a child. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact WRUnity so it can be reviewed.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit forms, may keep only essential cookies, and may request review, correction, or deletion of information you provided where legally and technically reasonable. Some records may be retained for security, legal, backup, or abuse-prevention purposes.
