This Privacy Policy explains how WRUnity collects, uses, protects, shares, and manages information when people use the WRUnity website, community tools, pilot identity features, WR Pilots, events, giveaways, clan pages, Pilot ID tools, support forms, and related platform services.
WRUnity is designed as an War Robots community command center. This policy is written to protect the platform, the community, individual users, and third-party rights holders while explaining privacy practices in clear language.

1. Important Independence Notice
WRUnity is the command center where War Robots pilots, creators, and clans unite. WRUnity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or associated with Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, licensors, or related entities.
References to War Robots, Pixonic, MY.GAMES, game names, trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, items, currencies, or related intellectual property are provided only for community, informational, organizational, player, creator, event, clan, fan, and compatibility purposes. All trademarks, logos, game names, artwork, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
This Privacy Policy does not create any relationship between WRUnity and Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, or any third-party rights holder. WRUnity does not represent those companies, does not speak for them, and does not control their services, policies, pilot identitys, games, websites, or platforms.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to information collected through WRUnity.org and related WRUnity platform pages, forms, pilot identitys, profiles, support tools, event tools, giveaway tools, clan tools, schedule tools, Pilot ID tools, and community features.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, game services, social media platforms, video platforms, messaging platforms, payment platforms, advertising networks, analytics providers, or external services that WRUnity does not own or control. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Information You Choose To Provide
WRUnity may collect information that you voluntarily submit when you create an pilot identity, build a WR Pilot Profile, enter an event or giveaway, contact support, submit a Pilot ID, list a clan, add schedule information, send feedback, or otherwise use platform features.
This information may include:
- Display name or public profile name
- Email address
- WR Pilot Profile information
- Pilot Profile images or banner links you choose to provide
- Social links, channel links, website links, or contact links
- Pilot ID or player identification information you submit
- Clan HQ name, clan tag, recruiting information, requirements, and clan contact details
- Event entries, giveaway entries, participation details, and related notes
- Command Support ticket messages and replies
- Feedback, suggestions, reports, or other messages you send
You should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the specific request. Do not submit passwords, private game pilot identity access, payment credentials, government identification numbers, private addresses, or other highly sensitive information through public forms or support tickets.
4. Public Information
Some WRUnity features are intended to be public. If you create or submit public content, that information may be visible to other users, visitors, search engines, social platforms, or third-party services.
Public information may include:
- WR Pilot Profile names, bios, links, images, and public profile details
- Clan HQ pages, clan recruiting details, clan descriptions, and public contact links
- Event names, event details, giveaway details, schedules, and winner announcements
- Public leaderboard or milestone information
- Publicly displayed Pilot ID information, if a feature displays it
You are responsible for the information you choose to make public. Do not post private information that you do not want others to see, copy, save, share, or search for.
5. Information Collected Automatically
WRUnity may collect limited technical and usage information when people visit or interact with the platform. This helps operate the website, maintain security, understand general activity, detect abuse, improve features, and support platform reliability.
This may include:
- Pages visited
- Approximate visit time and activity timing
- Browser type and device information
- Referring page or referring website
- General usage activity
- Security and abuse-prevention signals
- Cookie or local storage preferences
WRUnity does not need private game pilot identity passwords, private game login access, or private platform credentials to operate community features. Pilots should never provide that information to WRUnity through public forms.
6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Tools
WRUnity may use cookies, local storage, sessions, or similar tools to support login sessions, remember basic preferences, protect forms, keep the platform functional, reduce repeated notices, and improve the user experience.
WRUnity may show a notice about cookies or local storage. If accepted, that notice may be hidden for a period of time before appearing again.
Most browsers allow users to block, clear, or limit cookies and local storage. Some WRUnity features may not function correctly if cookies or similar tools are disabled.
7. How WRUnity Uses Information
WRUnity may use information for purposes such as:
- Creating and managing user pilot identitys
- Displaying WR Pilots and public community pages
- Operating events, giveaways, schedules, milestones, and leaderboards
- Managing clan listings and community information
- Processing support tickets and responding to requests
- Helping identify duplicate, abusive, invalid, or suspicious activity
- Protecting users, the community, the platform, and third-party rights holders
- Improving page content, navigation, features, and usability
- Maintaining security, reliability, and platform integrity

WRUnity may also use submitted information to enforce platform rules, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, prevent spam, resolve disputes, verify participation, and protect the community experience.
8. Battle Campaigns, Reward Drops, and Community Participation
If you enter an event, giveaway, challenge, competition, or community activity, WRUnity may use submitted information to manage entries, verify participation, communicate updates, prevent abuse, review eligibility, select or display winners, and maintain a clear public record where appropriate.
Event and giveaway rules may vary by activity. Pilots are responsible for reading the rules and submitting accurate information. Submitting false, misleading, duplicate, abusive, or unauthorized information may result in removal, disqualification, restricted access, or other platform action.
Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular activity, WRUnity does not guarantee prizes, delivery, eligibility, availability, or third-party performance. Reward Drops or events may be changed, paused, canceled, reviewed, or corrected when necessary to protect fairness, safety, platform integrity, or compliance.
9. Command Support Tickets and Communications
Command Support tickets and messages are used to help respond to questions, reports, technical issues, event questions, giveaway questions, profile issues, clan issues, Pilot ID questions, and general platform matters.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials, private addresses, private pilot identity access, private game login information, or unnecessary sensitive details in support tickets. WRUnity may remove, limit, or disregard information that appears unsafe, unnecessary, abusive, spam-related, or outside the platform’s purpose.
WRUnity may keep support records to resolve issues, document platform activity, investigate abuse, protect users, and maintain continuity in communications.
10. How Information May Be Shared
WRUnity does not sell private user pilot identity information as a core platform function. WRUnity may share or display information in the following situations:
- When you choose to make information public through a WR Pilot Profile, clan page, event entry, or public feature
- When needed to operate, protect, host, maintain, or improve the platform
- When using service providers that help run website, communication, security, hosting, or support functions
- When required by law, legal process, court order, valid request, safety need, or enforcement obligation
- When necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, spam, security issues, rule violations, or harmful activity
- When necessary to protect WRUnity, users, the public, third-party rights holders, or platform integrity
- As part of a business transfer, restructuring, merger, acquisition, sale, or platform transition, where permitted by law
WRUnity may also disclose information when it reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent harm, protect rights, enforce rules, investigate misconduct, or respond to lawful requests.

WRUnity may link to or display content from third-party services such as video platforms, social networks, chat platforms, game-related websites, creator pages, clan pages, sponsor pages, payment services, analytics services, or external community resources.
WRUnity does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, availability, security, accuracy, conduct, policies, or actions. Pilots should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service they use.
12. Pilot Responsibilities
Pilots are responsible for:
- Submitting accurate information
- Keeping login information secure
- Not sharing private credentials or sensitive details
- Respecting other users and third-party rights
- Only submitting information they have permission to share
- Following event, giveaway, clan, profile, and community rules
- Understanding that public information may be viewed, copied, or shared by others
WRUnity may limit, remove, hide, review, correct, suspend, or restrict content, entries, pilot identitys, profiles, tickets, or access where necessary to protect users, the platform, rights holders, or the community.
13. Children and Younger Pilots
WRUnity is intended for a general community audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. Children should not submit personal information without permission from a parent or guardian.
If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information to WRUnity, they may contact WRUnity through the support or contact process to request review or removal where appropriate.
14. Data Retention
WRUnity may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the platform, maintain pilot identitys, display public features, manage events and giveaways, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, document activity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and protect the platform.
Some public information may remain visible until removed, edited, archived, or otherwise changed. Some records may be retained even after removal from public display when reasonably needed for safety, integrity, legal, enforcement, or operational purposes.
15. Security
WRUnity uses reasonable measures intended to protect the platform and user information. No website, platform, communication method, or online service can guarantee perfect security. Pilots are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting their own devices, and avoiding the submission of unnecessary private or sensitive information.
If you believe your pilot identity or information has been misused, contact WRUnity through support as soon as possible.
16. Pilot Choices and Requests
Pilots may be able to update pilot identity information, edit WR Pilot Profile information, remove certain public details, change submitted information, or request support with pilot identity-related issues.
Depending on the nature of the request, WRUnity may need to retain certain records for legal, safety, fairness, event integrity, giveaway integrity, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or platform protection reasons.
Requests may be submitted through the support or contact process. WRUnity may require reasonable verification before acting on pilot identity or privacy-related requests.
17. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights Protection
WRUnity respects third-party intellectual property rights. Pilots may not submit content, images, names, logos, links, profile information, clan information, event content, or other materials that they do not have the right to use.
WRUnity may remove, restrict, edit, or disable content that appears to violate intellectual property rights, platform rules, community safety, legal obligations, or third-party rights. WRUnity may also respond to rights-holder concerns or legal notices when appropriate.
Nothing on WRUnity should be understood as claiming ownership of Pixonic, MY.GAMES, War Robots, or any third-party intellectual property. All such rights remain with their respective owners.
18. Platform Protection
WRUnity reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect the platform, users, community, events, giveaways, support systems, public pages, pilot identity tools, and third-party rights. This may include reviewing activity, limiting access, removing content, rejecting entries, closing tickets, restricting pilot identitys, blocking abuse, preserving records, or cooperating with lawful requests.
WRUnity may make these decisions when necessary to prevent harm, abuse, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, false entries, unauthorized activity, security risks, or misuse of the platform.
19. International Visitors
WRUnity may be accessed by users from different locations. By using WRUnity, users understand that information may be processed in the location where the platform is operated or where service providers are located, subject to applicable law.
Privacy rights may vary depending on where a user lives. Pilots may contact WRUnity through support or contact options for privacy-related requests.
20. Changes to This Policy
WRUnity may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, community features, security practices, or operational needs.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of WRUnity after changes are posted means the updated policy applies to use of the platform going forward.

WRUnity is independent. WRUnity is not Pixonic, MY.GAMES, or War Robots. Pilots should not share private pilot identity credentials. Public information may be visible to others. Command Support is available for questions or privacy-related requests.
Live Chat, Stream Schedule, and Moderation Records
WRUnity may collect and store information connected to live chat, stream listings, event activity, giveaway entries, and moderation actions. This may include chat messages, stream titles, stream descriptions, stream links, scheduled times, creator identifiers, timestamps, report information, hidden or deleted content records, timeout records, ban records, moderation notes, and administrator actions.
WRUnity may also collect technical and security information such as IP-derived hashes, browser or device-derived hashes, rate-limit activity, failed posting attempts, duplicate-message patterns, suspicious giveaway activity, and other abuse-prevention signals. These records are used to protect users, reduce spam, enforce rules, prevent fraud, and maintain platform integrity.
Public stream listings and public profile information may be visible to visitors, users, search engines, social platforms, or third-party services. Users should not submit private information, private contact details, or links they do not want publicly associated with their WRUnity identity.
Giveaway, Pilot ID, and Fraud-Prevention Records
WRUnity may retain giveaway entries, Pilot IDs, account identifiers, timestamps, validation results, duplicate-entry checks, suspicious-entry flags, moderator notes, and reward-related records when necessary to protect fairness, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, or verify that rewards were handled correctly.
These records may be retained even after an event ends if needed for security, moderation, fraud prevention, audit history, support review, or platform protection.
